Dr. Eisa Kameli, the new Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Poland presented a copy of his credentials to Mr. Marcin Bosacki, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. During the meeting, potential areas for developing bilateral relations in various areas – political, economic, and cultural – were discussed.
Referring to the over five-century history of bilateral relations and the upcoming centennial of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, both sides emphasized the need to capitalize on the opportunities arising from historical and interpersonal ties in the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Kameli, pointing to the importance of Poland in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, recalled that Tehran sets no limits on the development of relations with Warsaw.
