This is to inform that due to the implementation of electronic visa system, as from 24/01/2018 all the applicants willing to obtain a visa to the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Embassy          in Warsaw are requested to fill up the online application form at the website:

www.evisa.mfa.ir

After getting an approvalof the visa request the following documents should be submitted to the Embassy: a print of “visa grant notice”, passport, visa fee receipt and a copy of travel insurance certificate. Validity of the “visa grant notice” is 30 days from the date application.

Any visa requests that do not comply with the above procedure will not be processed.
